Recruitment Practices
At The Algan Group, we pride ourselves in following recruitment practices:
Sourcing
We source our candidates through a variety of extensive networks such as referral programs, on-line job sites, participating in technology trade associations and various other innovative practices.
Screening
Every resume that comes to us is carefully pre-screened by a technical recruiter in order to understand the career needs and skills of each candidate. This enables us to provide the most qualified candidate for each job requirement.
Technical Interviewing
Our technical interviewer screens each candidate in regards to their technical skills, project knowledge, contribution and in-depth knowledge of other related tools used in each project. Each candidate is rated on a scale of 1 to 10. Those who get 7.5 or higher are approved for submittal.
Reference Checking
In addition to the technical interview, we check three references from past employers or clients to ensure the candidatesÂ’ work ethics, communication skills, ability to work under tight deadlines and knowledge of technical related areas.
Algan Interview
We conduct in-person interviews with our (local) candidates. This enables us to understand their needs and expectations before submitting them to our clients. A face- to-face meeting also enables us to examine the candidatesÂ’ presentation and oral communication skills.
Submittals
Unlike other firms, we provide 2-3 select candidates for every job opening, rather than littering your desk with resumes.
Placements
We at Algan, do not measure success by the number of submittals per requirement, but by the number of our successful matches.
