Benefits for Consultants
W-2 Consultants are eligible to participate in Medical/Dental healt coverage within 30 days of start date. Failing which, they can enroll during next enrollment period.
W2 Consultants who have worked 1000 hourswith The Algan Group can participate in 401K plan.
We offer direct-deposit, bi-weekly paychecks for W2 or 1099 consultants.
